Architecture and Design Collection
Bio:
Julia Larson has been the Reference Archivist in the Architecture and Design Collection (ADC) since 2016.
She accessions new collections into the archive; processes, catalogs, and organizes new and existing
collections; handles all requests for research inquiries, appointments, rights and reproductions, and
general reference questions; supervises the digitization of collection materials; and maintains the ADC
websites and online finding aids.
Julia holds a BA in Philosophy from DePaul University Chicago and a MLIS from San Jose State University,
with a concentration in Archives Management and Data Curation. She has previously worked at the
UCSB Library, the Asian Art Museum in San Francisco, and the Chicago Architecture Foundation.
